Who we are
A collection of Dreamers from a variety of backgrounds led by Harry Wheeler.
Our vision
Our vision is to become a provider of DreamWork and dreaming-based support, offering thoughtful, personalised services for each individual. Whether you’re seeking to understand messages from the soul or work through recurring nightmares, our aim is to help both individuals and the wider community reconnect with the transformative power of dreams.
“I took what we discussed from our Dream Sessions to my psychitrist and she agreed that I’d made a major breakthrough.”
— Mary Rowe
Our commitment
Our modus operandi is “Γνῶθι σεαυτόν” (Gnōthi seauton) — translated into English as “Know Thyself.” These words were famously inscribed at the Temple of Apollo at Delphi, one of the most important spiritual sites of the ancient Greek world.
We believe there are many layers to our being, and that by exploring the subconscious — through the processing of nighttime dreams or through the immersive experience of a Soundbath — we can begin to uncover them. Our aim is to guide people gently to integrate these deeper layers of self into everyday life, encouraging greater awareness, balance, and connection.
About Harry
Harry Wheeler is a Filmmaker, Sound Therapist and DreamWorker at Dream Analysis UK. He has supported hundreds of people in exploring their dreams and integrating their insights into everyday life. Having dreamed of the moon throughout his life, Harry has integrated the energy of these dreams-in true DreamWorker fashion, into his Sound Therapy practice, holding space for the current lunar phase during his Gong Baths.
Harry’s sound work centres on the use of sound to gently guide listeners into deeply relaxed, meditative states, encouraging an Altered State of Consciousness (ASC). Modern research suggests that regularly taking time to fully switch off in this way may support greater mental flexibility, clarity, and emotional balance. By creating space for inner exploration, Harry helps people access insights that nurture creativity, self-awareness, and personal growth.
As a proud dyslexic with a unique ability to perceive complex patterns and algorithms across the landscape of awareness, he has developed a deep understanding of neurodiverse communities through his work with many neurodiverse clients in DreamWork sessions. He has also helped empower neurodiverse young people through creativity at VIBE Rochdale. He even made a film exploring this work and perspective, which you can watch here.
He is also a strong advocate of the work of Iain McGilchrist and his research into the differing modalities of the brain’s two hemispheres. Harry begins each DreamWork session with an introduction to McGilchrist’s ideas, which beautifully illustrate two distinct ways of perceiving, relating to, and solving problems in the world. This perspective opens the door to recognising other possible “ways of being” that may be seeking integration through our dreams and subconscious experience.
