Higher Self Meditation

This meditation is designed to help deepen your connection with your Higher-Self and can also be used as a creative problem-solving practice. It’s recommended that you return to this meditation periodically, especially when you’re facing a challenge or question in your waking life. Keep a notebook nearby and make a note of any experiences, insights, or phrases that arise during or after the practice.

Continued use of this meditation will help people listen more deeply to their Higher Self—the wisest part of you.

Connecting with this inner guidance can take practice, so I recommend returning to the meditation at least three times and keeping a notebook to record any images, words, or emotions that arise.

Please feel free to get in touch if you experience any insights or breakthroughs—I’d love to hear about them.

Instructions

Choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and settle into a comfortable seated or lying position. Cover your eyes with an eye mask, or practise in a softly lit or dim room.

Ten Minutes of Stillness

I’ve created this mini Himalayan Bowl Sound Bath for people with busy lives who want to take just 10 minutes out of their day to help regulate and rebalance their system.

You can listen with headphones while commuting on the train or even while seated at your work desk.

Whether sitting or lying down, you’re invited to let go of the idea of doing and simply allow yourself to be.

“Harry’s 10-minute Himalayan Soundbath is pure magic. In just a short time, I felt my mind slow, my body relax, and a deep sense of calm wash over me. The vibrations are grounding, restorative, and leave you feeling centred and present. It’s incredible how much peace and clarity he can create in such a brief session. I feel nourished, balanced, and ready to show up for the rest of my day. I’d happily recommend this to anyone looking to reset their mind, body, and spirit.”
